You are welcome to return anything that was purchased from Expressions By UV. All the refund will be converted into store credits unless the product has been received damaged, or you have received a wrong product.
You will receive a full refund in original payment mode, if you have received wrong or damaged product.
Return time – We accept No question return within 7 working days from the delivery date.
We ask that that items to be kept in new condition with tags attached. Returns will not be accepted without pro
per packaging and if the tags are not found intact or we find that the item has been used.
To begin the online return process, visit our Returns page. You will need your order number and email to begin the online return process.
- Refund will be processed in 7-10 working days from the date of receipt.
- The Rs 400/- will be deducted from your refund amount, which is shipping cost, handling cost and transactional fees.
- If you don’t have your order number, please use our Return Form and ship your package with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
Return Processing Time -
Return processing typically takes 7-10 business days after the package is delivered to our warehouse and approved by our QC team.
During peak times (holidays, sales, special events, etc.) it can take longer than normal to process.
Once completed, your Merchandise credits are typically emailed within 24 hours after processing your return.
